1. Responsible for sales achievement in retails and telemarketing target.
2. Control and monitoring sales activity in order to achieve target monthly and yearly.
3. Create sales strategy for sales team include for SPG and Telesales.
4. Give training and nurture sales member about product knowledge, target orientation and other insight.
5. Create sales report monthly and yearly about sales plan & monthly/yearly achievements.
6. Responsible for new store if any.
