Job Description
1. Lead the design of the new phase of the Wonder Women program.
2. Develop and monitor budgets and develop and improve systems to ensure efficient and effective operations of the program.
3. Lead and mentor a team of 20+ people located across multiple locations in Indonesia.
4. Lead new initiatives that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the program and collect data and evidence to guide decision-making.
5. Develop and manage relationships with donors, government officials, vendors and local partners.
6. Manage multi-donor workplans and budgets and prepare and submit high quality reports.

Requirements 1. 10 years professional experience - a combination of development and private sector preferred.
2. Experience in managing teams of at least 10 people.
3. Extensive project management experience.
4. Strong communicator with ability to work with multicultural teams.
5. Excellent writing skills.
6. Fluency in excel, powerpoint and very strong analytical skills.
7. Impact and data focused. Must be very comfortable with numbers.
8. Experience in developing and maintaining strong partnerships with government and donor agencies.
9. Creative and keen to innovate and experiment.
10. Optimistic nature, honest, ethical, reliable, motivated, and passionate about social impact.
11. A can-do and collaborative mindset - comfortable with the ambiguities and demands of a rapidly evolving environment.
12. Past experience and willingness to work in and travel to rural villages and get your hands dirty.
13. Position is open to Indonesian nationals as well as expats with fluency in Indonesian.
