1. Sales follow-up to customers which are using the Ebara’s pump management (Telephone and company visit).
2. Proposing maintenance service, should the products are not in a good condition.
3. After receiving the maintenance request/order, carry the said product(s) to Ebara’s workshop in Bandung to get a treatment (disassembly, maintenance/repair, reassembly).
4. Follow-up for maintenance progress.
5. Deliver the product back to the customer’s place.
