Job Description
1. As an administration person for project management.
2. Managing each project's schedule.
3. Making contract document, quotation sheet, and other application forms.
4. Compliance and transgression check for every project and project process.
5. Gathering and managing client data, project data or expense data.
6. Handling and monitoring related project administration.
7. Knowledge in Indonesia taxation (certificated Brevet AB and C) will be an advantage.

Requirements [Necessary skill/experience/knowledge]
1. Project management.
2. Knowledge of Financial Accounting & Management Accounting.
3. Experience in administrative work
4. Skilled in using Windows and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) for daily communication, and accomplishing assigned tasks.
5. Ability to make report by Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Experience in handling Finance, Accounting and Tax (21,22, 23,25,26, 4 (2), VAT).
7. Experience in handling taxation matters related company business and corporate tax.
8. Candidate with data analysis skills are highly welcomed.
9. Candidates with research experience and ability will also be asked to assist research for market trends, business environment, competitors’ company profile and activity, Indonesian Law and regulation, etc.
