After you confirm the application, we recommend you to the client with your resume. Screening usually takes up to 2 weeks.

Interview
When you pass screening, Pasona arranges interviews with the client. Interviews may be held face-to-face or online.

Job Offer / Successful Employment
For successful candidates, we explain the employment conditions and contract details.

Onboarding / Visa Arrangement
