we protect personal data in accordance with
the regulations and laws on Personal Data
Protection Act ( PDP Law) of Indonesia.

comprehensive effort to protect Personal Data
in all stages of processing in order to guarantee
the constitutional rights of the Personal Data

through legal means. And in the use of Personal
Information obtained, it is used within the
scope of the purposes necessary to carry out in
accordance with its purpose.

job position criteria for enrollment procedures,
and performing equivalent work.

hiring pattern system.

Storage Limitation:
We retain personal Data for as long as
necessary to achieve the purposes specified.

A Personal Data Controller must protect and
ensure the security of Personal Data processes
by:
- Preparing and taking technical and
operational measures to protect Personal Data from disruption of the processing of
Personal Data that is against the law and
regulations; and
- Determining the extent of security of
Personal Data, bearing in mind the nature
and risks of the Personal Data duly
protected in the processing of Personal
Data.

not be disclosed to a third party without the
consent of the person, except in the following

- When recruitment data information is
provided to a third party for the purpose of the
recruitment process.

personal information is permitted by law
- When it is necessary for the protection
of human life, health, or property, but it is
difficult to obtain consent
- When it is necessary to cooperate in
order to fulfill a legal request from a state
agency, local government, or authorized person
in accordance with the law where obtaining
such consent may pose a risk to the fulfillment
of such legal request.

We ensure compliance with the PDP Law in
our data collection and processing processes
