Personal Data Protection means a comprehensive effort to protect Personal Data in all stages of processing in order to guarantee the constitutional rights of the Personal Data subject. Collection and Application of Personal Data The Company will obtain Personal Information through legal means. And in the use of Personal Information obtained, it is used within the scope of the purposes necessary to carry out in accordance with its purpose. Purpose Limitation: Personal data information is collected and processed only for specific, clear and legitimate purposes, such as: - Contacting, accepting, and matching job position criteria for enrollment procedures, and performing equivalent work. - To provide you with training opportunities, if relevant. - Improving the quality and evaluation of our services by analyzing data and adjusting the hiring pattern system. - Other purposes used in accordance with personal data protection laws and company regulatory requirements. Storage Limitation: We retain personal Data for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes specified. Personal Data Controller : A Personal Data Controller must protect and ensure the security of Personal Data processes by: - Preparing and taking technical and operational measures to protect Personal Data from disruption of the processing of Personal Data that is against the law and regulations; and - Determining the extent of security of Personal Data, bearing in mind the nature and risks of the Personal Data duly protected in the processing of Personal Data. Integrity and Confidentiality: The obtained personal data information will not be disclosed to a third party without the consent of the person, except in the following cases: - When recruitment data information is provided to a third party for the purpose of the recruitment process. - When the disclosure and use of personal information is permitted by law - When it is necessary for the protection of human life, health, or property, but it is difficult to obtain consent - When it is necessary to cooperate in order to fulfill a legal request from a state agency, local government, or authorized person in accordance with the law where obtaining such consent may pose a risk to the fulfillment of such legal request.
